The HEIDENHAIN EQN 1135 512 5PS15-T9 (ID 606 698-03) is a high-precision absolute multiturn rotary encoder designed for accurate position and speed feedback in industrial motion control systems. Manufactured by HEIDENHAIN, it belongs to the EQN 1100 series, which features an integrated bearing and blind hollow shaft design for direct motor mounting. The encoder provides up to 8,388,608 positions per revolution and supports multiturn measurement up to 4096 revolutions, ensuring precise tracking of shaft position even after power loss. It communicates via the EnDat 2.2 interface and operates on 3.6–14 V DC, making it suitable for servo motors, CNC machines, and industrial automation systems requiring reliable and high-resolution feedback.
